摘　　要：院前急救是我国急救医疗服务体系中的首要环节和重要组成部分,对提高急性心肌梗死患者的救治成功率、改善患者的临床预后具有重要意义。随着远程医疗在急救领域的广泛应用,院前急救也变得更加高效便捷。文章对远程医疗在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救中的发展现状、应用、障碍因素及实施策略进行综述,旨在为急性心肌梗死患者院前急救实践提供参考。Pre-hospital emergency care is a crucial and integral part of China’s emergency medical service system,playing a significant role in enhancing the treatment success rate and improving clinical outcomes for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).With the extensive application of telemedicine in the field of emergency care,pre-hospital emergency care has become more efficient and convenient.This paper reviews the current status,applications,barriers,and implementation strategies of telemedicine in pre-hospital emergency care for patients with AMI,aiming to provide a reference for the practice of pre-hospital emergency care for AMI patients.
