土壤酸性磷酸酶与微生物群落结构对磷素养分变化的响应

摘  要:土壤酸性磷酸酶及微生物群落与磷素养分有密切关系。试验研究土壤酸性磷酸酶基因、微生物群落等对磷素指标变化的响应。结果表明,土壤有效磷含量变化从14.63 mg/kg到110.70 mg/kg时,酸性磷酸酶与有效磷呈现显著的正相关(P<0.05),当有效磷含量变化从14.63 mg/kg到213.93 mg/kg时,酸性磷酸酶与有效磷相关性不显著;土壤酸性磷酸酶对有效磷/全磷比值变化的响应与有效磷相似;土壤酸性磷酸酶与全磷变化的相关性不显著。土壤有效磷、有效磷/全磷等与19个溶磷细菌属呈现极显著的相关性(P<0.001),酸性磷酸酶与其中的3个属呈现极显著的相关性(P<0.001),全磷与9个属呈现极显著相关性(P<0.001)。RDA分析表明土壤4个磷素指标对溶磷微生物属变异的解释量为94.05%,且对土壤溶磷微生物属的影响都达到极显著的水平(P<0.0005)。Soil acid phosphatases and microbial communities are closely related to phosphorus nutrients.Experiments were conducted to study the responses of soil acid phosphatase genes and microbial communities to changes in phosphorus indicators.The results showed that:When the soil available phosphorus content changed from 14.63 mg/kg to 110.70 mg/kg,there was a significant positive correlation between acid phosphatase and available phosphorus(P<0.05).When the available phosphorus content changed from 14.63 mg/kg to 213.93 mg/kg,there was no significant correlation between acid phosphatase and available phosphorus;the response of soil acid phosphatase to changes in the available phosphorus/total phosphorus ratio was similar to that of available phosphorus;the correlation between soil acid phosphatase and total phosphorus was not significant.Soil available phosphorus,available phosphorus/total phosphorus,etc.showed extremely significant correlations with 19 phosphorus-solubilizing bacterial genera(P<0.001),acid phosphatase showed extremely significant correlations with 3 genera(P<0.001),and total phosphorus showed extremely significant correlations with 9 genera(P<0.001).RDA analysis showed that the four soil phosphorus indicators accounted for 94.05%of the variation of phosphorus dissolving microbial genera,and all had a very significant impact on soil phosphorus dissolving microbial genera(P<0.0005).
