不同质量浓度NaCl处理对3种矮牵牛种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:以矮牵牛种子为研究对象,分别选取易美、海市蜃楼和梦幻3个品种,研究不同盐质量浓度(0、100、150、200 mg/L)胁迫下3个品种萌发特性和幼苗生长影响情况。结果表明,随着盐胁迫质量浓度的升高,3个矮牵牛品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数逐渐降低,就盐胁迫下的萌发特性和幼苗生长特性而言,3个品种耐盐能力从弱到强依次为,海市蜃楼、梦幻、易美。建议矮牵牛种子在盐胁迫育苗时应选择盐渍化较轻(盐质量浓度小于150 mg/L)的土地,栽培种植时可选择易美或梦幻作为主要品种,同时应防范持续盐渍化对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用。This study used Petunia hybrida seeds as the research object,selecting three varieties,Easy Beauty,Mirage,and Fantasy.The study investigated the germination characteristics and seedling growth impact under different salt mass concentrations(0,100,150,200 mg/L).The results showed that as the salt mass concentration increased,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index of three Petunia hybrida varieties gradually decreased.In terms of germination characteristics and seedling growth under salt stress,the salt tolerance of the three varieties was from weak to strong is as follows Mirage<Fantasy<Easy Beauty.It is recommended that Petunia hybrida seeds be planted in soil with lower salinity(less than 150 mg/L salt mass concentration)salt stress conditions.During cultivation,Easy Beauty or Fantasy can be chosen as the main varieties,while precautions should be taken to prevent the inhibitory effects of continuousinization on seed germination and seedling growth.
