乡村振兴战略中基于熵权法的大学生服务“三农”胜任力组合评价

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的背景下,大学生的服务“三农”胜任力日益成为提升农村经济和社会发展的关键因素。该文构建一套基于熵权法的大学生服务“三农”胜任力组合评价体系,涵盖品质、能力、动机和知识等多个维度的14个评价要素。通过文献分析与理论研究,识别出大学生在服务“三农”过程中应具备的关键能力及支持要素。研究结果表明,团队管理能力、个性特征、社会经验、服务“三农”动机和心理素质等要素对提升大学生的服务“三农”胜任力起到决定性作用。最后,提出针对性的政策建议与发展路径,以促进大学生在乡村振兴中的有效参与和贡献。In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,college students'ability to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers has increasingly become a key factor in improving rural economic and social development.This paper constructs a set of combined evaluation system for college students'competency in serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers based on the entropy method,covering 14 evaluation elements in multiple dimensions such as quality,ability,motivation and knowledge.Through literature analysis and theoretical research,the key abilities and supporting elements that college students should have in the process of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers are identified.The research results show that factors such as team management ability,personality characteristics,social experience,motivation for serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and psychological quality play a decisive role in improving college students'competence to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions and development paths to promote the effective participation and contribution of college students in rural revitalization.
