后脱贫时代乡村精神脱贫问题与对策研究

摘　　要：2020年底我国如期完成脱贫攻坚的任务,这宣告着我国步入后脱贫时代,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,推进乡村振兴成为国家进一步的战略任务。在这个阶段,乡村精神贫困问题日益凸显,成为制约乡村振兴的重要因素。借助文献研究方法,基于后脱贫时代乡村精神贫困的现实环境,阐释精神贫困的现实状况;从经济、文化、政治3方面对精神贫困的原因进行分析,提出要促进乡村经济发展,夯实乡村物质基础;加强乡村精神文明建设,深度推动“志智双扶”;健全精神脱贫长效体制机制,加快推进精神贫困治理等对策建议。At the end of 2020,China completed the task of poverty alleviation as scheduled,which declares that China has entered a post-poverty era.Consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization have become further strategic tasks of the country.At this stage,the problem of rural spiritual poverty has become increasingly prominent and has become an important factor restricting rural revitalization.With the help of literature research methods,based on the actual environment of rural spiritual poverty in the post-poverty era,this paper explains the actual situation of spiritual poverty,analyzes the causes of spiritual poverty from three aspects:economy,culture and politics,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to propose to promote rural economic development and consolidate rural material foundation,strengthen the construction of rural spiritual civilization,deeply promote"support with both aspirations and wisdom",improve the long-term institutional mechanisms for spiritual poverty alleviation,and accelerate the governance of spiritual poverty.
