乡村振兴视域下数字赋能农村党建发展路径探析

摘　　要：随着现代科技的飞速发展,民众对美好生活的向往已难以被传统的党建模式所满足,亟须将数字化手段与农村党组织建设紧密结合,持续提升农村党建的信息化层次。在乡村振兴战略背景下,当前农村党组织面临着整体战斗力偏弱、党员队伍结构不合理及融合创新能力欠缺等问题。因此,该文提出通过优化数字服务平台功能、提升数字人才综合素质、科学制定数字战略蓝图等措施,以形成推动农村党组织建设数字化转型的核心思路。With the rapid development of modern technology,people's yearning for a better life has been difficult to satisfy by the traditional Party building model.It is urgent to closely integrate digital means with the construction of rural Party organizations to continuously improve the informatization level of rural Party building.In the strategic context of rural revitalization,the current rural Party organizations are facing problems such as weak overall combat effectiveness,unreasonable structure of the Party member team,and lack of integration and innovation capabilities.Therefore,we have proposed measures such as optimizing the functions of digital service platforms,improving the comprehensive quality of digital talents,and scientifically formulating digital strategic blueprints to form the core idea of promoting the digital transformation of rural Party organization construction.
