摘　　要：中共二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》提出,全面深化改革的总目标是继续完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。乡村治理体系治理能力现代化作为国家治理体系治理能力现代化在乡村的延展,对其展开研究是全面深化改革的题中应有之意。该研究按照构建什么、何以构建、如何构建的逻辑要旨,在深入分析和廓清乡村社会治理共同体的本质要义的基础上,为持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、推进强农惠农富农,准确把握乡村社会治理共同体构建的基础保障,充分探析党建引领、数字赋能、经济转型和德治教化4个实践向度,推进乡村社会治理共同体构建的路径创新。The"Resolution of the Central Committee of the CPC on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization"adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC proposed that the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reforms should continue to improve and develop socialism with China characteristics and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The modernization of governance capabilities of the rural governance system is being extended in rural areas as the modernization of governance capabilities of the national governance system.Research on it is part of the topic of comprehensively deepening reforms.In accordance with the logical gist of what to build,how to build,and on the basis of in-depth analysis and clarification of the essential essence of the rural social governance community,this research aims to continuously consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation,promote strengthening agriculture,benefiting farmers and enriching farmers,and accurately grasp the rural society.The basic guarantee for the construction of the governance community fully analyzes the four practical dimensions of Party building leadership,digital empowerment,economic transformation,and moral education,and promotes path innovation in the construction of the rural social governance community.
