摘 要:以某350 t/h的城市生活垃圾炉排炉为研究对象,探究配风方式和风温对燃烧及污染物生成的影响。基准方案为均匀配风,风温设定为473 K。采用“FLIC+Fluent”软件耦合数值模拟,首先使用FLIC软件模拟床层热解,随后FLIC软件结果作为边界条件导入Fluent软件模拟炉膛燃烧。尽早配风相比于均匀配风,垃圾总质量损失提高2.2%,焦炭燃尽率提高2.64%,能量损耗降低了7.2%;风温493 K时相较于519 K,炉膛温度峰值降低270 K,NO浓度峰值降低1680 mg/L;风温为493 K时,尽早配风下床层焦炭燃尽率达到了100%,总质量损失高达80.42%,能量损失为13.8412 MW。493 K风温尽早配风的方案可有效改善生活垃圾的燃烧特性并抑制NO_(x)等污染物的生成。研究为从优化配风角度改善燃烧特性提供了理论支撑,对于量化控制NO_(x)生成具有指导意义。Taking a 350 t/h municipal solid waste grate furnace as the research object,this study investigates the effects of different primary air distribution and temperatures on waste combustion and pollutant generation.The baseline scenario is uniform distribution with 473 K,coupled numerical simulation of FLIC software+Fluent software is used to analyze the combustion process.First FLIC software is used to simulate the bed pyrolysis,and its results are imported as boundary conditions into Fluent software to simulate the furnace combustion.Comparing the results of uniform distribution,we find that early-stage distribution leads to a 2.2%increase in waste mass loss,a 2.64%increase in coke combustion efficiency,and a 7.2%reduction in energy loss.Additionally,when primary air temperature is 493 K instead of 519 K,the peak temperature in the furnace decreases by 270 K and the peak concentration of NO decreases by 1680 ppm.The early-stage distribution with 493 K can achieve a coke combustion efficiency of 100%in the bed layer,the total mass loss is as high as 80.42%and the energy loss is 13.8412 MW.In conclusion,early-stage distribution with 493 K is an effective method for improving the combustion characteristics of municipal solid waste and reducing the formation of pollutants such as NO_(x).This study offers theoretical support for enhancing combustion characteristics by optimizing air distribution,and also provides guidance for quantitatively controlling the generation of NO_(x).
