摘  要:基于已验证的墙式切圆锅炉模型,研究了锅炉负荷变化及低负荷下投运燃烧器位置对660 MW高水分褐煤锅炉炉内燃烧、传热及NO_(x)转化特性的影响。结果表明:锅炉负荷的降低导致煤粉燃烧行为恶化、燃尽率下降,炉内燃烧温度及受热面吸热量降低,且较低的温度及燃烧推迟导致炉膛出口NO_(x)排放增加。440 MW负荷下投运燃烧器的位置显著影响炉内燃烧、传热及NO_(x)转化特性,关闭中间层燃烧器时燃烧最差而NO_(x)排放最高,关闭最上层燃烧器可获得较高的燃烧效率和较低的NO_(x)排放,而关闭最下层燃烧器有利于在NO_(x)小幅升高的前提下维持再热蒸汽温度水平。研究结果揭示了负荷变化及低负荷下运行方式对660 MW高水分褐煤锅炉性能的影响规律,可为燃煤机组参与深度调峰背景下高水分褐煤锅炉的低负荷运行调整及优化提供指导。Based on a previously validated simulation model for wall-tangentially fired boiler,this work investigates the influences of boiler load changes and the locations of in-service burners at low loads on the coal combustion,heat transfer and NO_(x) transformation characteristics of a 660 MW boiler burning high moisture lignite.Results show that the decrease of boiler load results in deterioration of coal combustion behavior and the decrease of burnout rate,and the drease of the in-furnace combustion temperature and heat absorption on heating surfaces decrease,and the increases in NO_(x) emission at the furnace exit due to the lower combustion temperature and the delayed coal combustion.Under 440 MW load conditions,the locations of in-service burners significantly affect characteristics of coal combustion,heat transfer and NO_(x) transformation inside the furnace.Coal combustion is worst accompanied by the maximum NO_(x) emission when the middle group of burners are closed,and a relatively high combustion efficiency and a lower NO_(x) emission can be obtained when closing the top group of burners,while closing the bottom group of burners is conducive to maintain the temperature level of reheated steam with the primes of small increase of NO_(x) emission.These findings reveal the influences of load variation and the operating method under low load condition on the overall boiler performance of a 660 MW high moisture lignite boiler,which can provide guidance for the practical low load operation adjustment of high moisture lignite boiler under the background of coal-fired boilers acting as peak-shaving role.
