摘 要:为了提高污泥气化制备合成气的品质,通过Aspen Plus软件研究了污泥和生物质的共气化特性,分析了气化温度、空气当量比、气化压力对不同共混比下污泥和生物质共气化过程中合成气组分浓度、低位热值、冷气效率、合成气浓度及CO选择性的影响。结果表明:随着气化温度的提高,H_(2)浓度先升高再下降,CO浓度呈上升趋势,CH_(4)和CO_(2)浓度呈下降趋势。当气化温度为700℃时,合成气的低位热值、冷气效率、合成气浓度及CO选择性均达到峰值。空气当量比和气化压力过高均不利于污泥和生物质的共气化过程。共混比是通过改变气化原料的C/H、C/O、O/H比值,进而影响污泥和生物质的共气化特性。综合考虑模拟结果和制备高品质合成气的需求,得到了优选的污泥和生物质共气化反应工况:气化温度700℃,空气当量比为0.25,气化压力为0.1 MPa,共混比为0.3。In order to improve the quality of synthesis gas from sludge gasification,the co-gasification characteristics of sludge and biomass were studied by Aspen Plus software,and the effects of gasification temperature,air equivalence ratio,and gasification pressure on the concentration of syngas components,low heating value,cold gas efficiency,syngas concentration and CO selectivity during the sludge and biomass co-gasification process under different blending ratios were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of gasification temperature,the concentration of H_(2) first increased and then decreased,the concentration of CO increased,and the concentration of CH_(4) and CO_(2) decreased.When the gasification temperature is 700℃,the low heating value,cold gas efficiency,syngas concentration and CO selectivity of syngas reach the peak.Excessive air equivalence ratio and gasification pressure are not conducive to the co-gasification process of sludge and biomass.The blending ratio affects the co-gasification characteristics of sludge and biomass by changing the C/H,C/O and O/H ratios of gasification raw materials.Considering the simulation results and the demand for producing high quality syngas,the optimal co-gasification reaction conditions of sludge and biomass were obtained:gasification temperature 700℃,air equivalence ratio 0.25,gasification pressure 0.1 MPa and blending ratio 0.3.
