摘 要:基于国家燃煤机组超低排放政策和煤电一体化要求,W火焰锅炉将面临掺烧烟煤的问题,为了更好地摸清燃用无烟煤的W火焰锅炉掺烧烟煤后的高低挥发分混煤着火特性,为W火焰锅炉掺烧烟煤的运行调整、设备改造提供理论基础,以无烟煤、贫煤和烟煤不同掺烧比例的混煤为研究对象,通过热重分析仪开展混煤着火特性研究。研究发现:烟煤的着火特性最好,贫煤的燃尽特性最好,无烟煤的燃烧速率最快。随着烟煤比例的增加,混煤样品的着火特性越来越好;无烟煤比例增加到30%以上时,混煤样品的燃尽特性急剧变差。烟煤、贫煤和无烟煤的掺混比例为1∶6∶3时燃尽特性最好。随着氧气浓度的增加,混煤样品的着火特性和综合燃烧性能变得越来越好,混煤样品的燃尽时间不断减少。当氧气体积分数增加到10%以后,燃尽时间的减少幅度越来越小。氧气体积分数为30%时,混煤样品的初始燃尽率降低,燃尽特性参数呈先增加后减少的趋势。随着混煤样品的平均粒径的减小,混煤的着火特性和燃尽特性都呈现变好的趋势。当混煤样品中贫煤和无烟煤的粒径在100μm以上时,会使混煤样品的燃烧性能变差,应把煤粉粒径控制在100μm以下。Based on the national ultra-low emission policy of coal-fired units and the requirements of coal-power integration,W flame boilers will face the problem of blending combustion of bituminous coal.In order to better understand the ignition characteristics of high and low volatile mixed coal after blending bituminous coal in W flame boilers burning anthracite,and provide a theoretical basis for the operation adjustment and equipment transformation of W flame boilers blending bituminous coal,mixed coal with different blending ratios of anthracite,lean coal and bituminous coal is taken as the research object,and the ignition characteristics of mixed coal are studied by thermogravimetric analyzer.It is found that bituminous coal has the best ignition characteristics,lean coal has the best burnout characteristics,and anthracite has the fastest burning rate.With the increase of bituminous coal ratio,the ignition characteristics of the mixed coal sample are getting better.When the proportion of anthracite increases to more than 30%,the burnout characteristics of the mixed coal sample deteriorate sharply.The composition of mixed coal with the best burning-out characteristics is that the ratio of bituminous coal,lean coal and anthracite is 1:6:3.With the increase of oxygen concentration,the ignition characteristics and comprehensive combustion performance of the mixed coal sample become better,and the burnout time of the mixed coal sample decreases continuously.When the oxygen concentration increases to 10%,the burnt-out time decreases less and less.When the oxygen concentration is 30%,the initial burn-out rate of the mixed coal sample decreases,and the burn-out characteristic parameters of the mixed coal sample increase first and then decrease.With the decrease of the average particle size of the mixed coal sample,the ignition and burnout characteristics of the mixed coal show a better trend.When the particle size of lean coal and anthracite in the mixed coal sample is more than 100μm,the combustion performance of the mix
