摘 要:锅炉在高负荷运行时,往往会导致过热器管壁超温而发生爆管现象,因此,有必要对过热器管壁温进行监测。一般采用外壁安装集热块的方式,然而该温度不能反应真实的受热管温度。为准确测量高温下的受热管壁温,设计并加工了试验台,可实现受热管1/2壁厚处温度的测量。探究了不同烟气温度、安装角度和是否保温条件下管壁外表面温度和1/2壁厚处温度的变化规律。结果表明:同一角度时,温差随来流烟气温度和管内流速的增大而增大,其中最大可达到30 ℃。安装角度在迎风面(0°)和侧面(90°)时,温差相对较大,在背风面(180°)时,温差最小。添加保温层可以明显减小温差。Boilers operating at high loads often lead to overheating of the superheater tube wall and bursting of the tube,so it is necessary to monitor the superheater tube wall temperature.Generally,the outer wall is installed with heat collector blocks,however,this temperature does not reflect the true heated tube temperature.In order to accurately measure the wall temperature of the heated tube at high temperatures,this study designed and processed a test bench that enables the measurement of the temperature at 1/2 wall thickness of the heated tube.In this paper,the change rules of temperature at the outer surface of the tube wall and the temperature at 1/2 wall thickness under different flue gas temperature,installation angle and insulation conditions are investigated.The results show that at the same angle,the temperature difference increases with the increase of incoming flue gas temperature and flow velocity in the pipe,which can reach a maximum of 30℃.The temperature difference is relatively large when the installation angle is on the windward side(0°)and the side(90°),and the temperature difference is smallest at the leeward side(180°).In addition,the results of the study also show that adding insulation can significantly reduce the temperature difference.
