政治传播视域下“视频化政治”的生成逻辑与表征路径

摘　　要：媒介化现象深入现代社会的各个层面,作为内容承载的视频技术也开始在全球政治传播中崭露头角。文章基于视频媒介在政治信息全球传播中的崛起现状,结合政治媒介化理论对“视频化政治”的内涵及逻辑进行了概念厘定,并引证全球政治传播实践案例探析“视频化政治”的表征和内容构成。研究发现:视频化现象已经深入政治传播领域并形成“视频化政治”,这重构了政治传播的传播方式、参与方式、传播内容和准入门槛。在全球政治传播实践中,各方行动者以视频媒介为核心,立足身体政治、话语政治、情感政治和空间政治四个方面结成互动网络。现实例证同样显示“视频化政治”已被运用于放大政治信息、影响公众舆论的现实情境。聚焦中国式现代化建设的时代任务,重视“视频化政治”的现实价值,发挥其塑造国际形象、促进跨文化传播、把控国际舆论的国际传播效力,或将为中国国际传播开拓发展空间,营造良性有序的国际舆论环境。The phenomenon of mediatization has penetrated all aspects of modern society,and video tech⁃nology,as a content carrier,has begun to emerge in global political communication.The article is based on the rise of video media in the global dissemination of political information,and combines the theory of political mediatization to define the connotation and logic of“video politics”.It also cites practical cases of global polit⁃ical communication to explore the representation and content composition of“video politics”.The study has found that the video phenomenon has penetrated into the field of political communication and formed a“video politics”,which has reconstructed the dissemination methods,participation methods,dissemination content,and entry barriers of political communication.In global political communication practices,various actors form an interactive network based on four aspects:physical politics,discourse politics,emotional politics,and spa⁃tial politics,with video media as the core.Practical examples also demonstrate that“video politics”has been applied to amplify political information and influence public opinion in real-life situations.Focusing on the mission of times of Chinese path to modernization,the article emphasizes the practical value of“video poli⁃tics”in shaping international image,promoting cross-cultural communication,and controlling international public opinion.This may open up new development space for China′s international communication and create a positive and orderly international public opinion environment.
