“女儿养老”与“女儿继承”:农村女儿在娘家的角色冲突研究--基于豫西H村的田野考察

摘　　要：通过对豫西H村的田野调查发现,女儿在娘家养老事务中逐渐从辅助性角色向主要角色转变,“女儿养老”已经成为一种新的社会事实。但是,女儿在娘家的财产继承中却依然扮演着“缺席者”的角色,这一角色与女儿承担的养老角色发生了冲突,这一现象也有悖于法律规定和社会公平。农村女儿在娘家的角色冲突是场域变迁、惯习、资本共同作用的结果:场域变迁下娘家的养老现实需求是女儿承担养老角色的前提,女儿从小在娘家生活长期积累的情感惯习与孝老惯习是“女儿养老”的重要实践依据,女性家庭地位的提升与其在经济上的决定权为“女儿养老”实践提供了资本。场域快速变迁下滞后的惯习是娘家父母在家庭财产继承中做出女儿缺席的策略性安排所遵循的实践原则,女儿的惯习及其“惯性”又使得其接受了这一不公平的安排。Through a field study of H village in western Henan Province,it is found that daughters have gradually shifted from an“auxiliary role”to a“major role”in the affairs of their parents′care and support in their natal families,and“daughters′parents support”has become a new social fact.However,daughters still play the role of an“absentee”in the inheritance of their natal families′property,which conflicts with the“role to care and support parents”which daughters undertake.The role conflict of rural daughters in their na⁃tal families is the result of the combined effects of field changes,propensity,and capital:the practical needs for support of natal families in the changing field are the prerequisite for daughters to undertake the role of sup⁃port;the“emotional propensity”and“filial piety propensity”accumulated by daughters from a young age in their natal families are important practical basis for“daughters′parents support”;and the improvement of women′s family status and their economic decision-making power provide capital for the practice of“daugh⁃ters′parents support”.The lagging behind propensity in the context of rapid field changes is a practical princi⁃ple followed by parents of the natal families in making strategic arrangements for their daughter′s“absence”in family property inheritance.The daughters′propensity and its“inertia”make them accept this unfair arrangement.
