摘 要:目的:本研究旨在优化红花逍遥片中竹叶柴胡(Bupleurum marginatum)的薄层色谱(Thin-layer chromatography,TLC)鉴别分析方法,以提高对复方制剂中该药材的质量控制能力。方法:对竹叶柴胡的供试品溶液制备方法进行了系统优化,并通过调整显色剂的配比及展开溶剂系统,对TLC分析条件进行了优化调整。结果:改进后的TLC鉴别法能在复杂的中药复方背景下有效增强对竹叶柴胡有效成分的分离效果,提高斑点的对比度及清晰度,且阴性对照组无特异性干扰。结论:经优化的TLC鉴别法具备高度的专属性和可靠的重现性,能够作为红花逍遥片质量控制的重要手段,显著提升该制剂中竹叶柴胡的质量监管级别。Objective:This study aimed to optimize the Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)identification method for Bupleurum marginatum in Honghua Xiaoyao tablets to enhance the quality control of this compound medicinal preparation.Methods:A systematic optimization of the preparation process for Bupleurum marginatum test solution was conducted along with fine-tuning the color-developing agent composition and the mobile phase system for the TLC analysis.Results:The refined TLC identification method effectively improved the separation of active components of Bupleurum marginatum against the complex background of the compound Chinese herbal formula,enhancing the contrast and clarity of spots without observing non-specific interference in negative control groups.Conclusion:The optimized TLC identification method,characterized by high specificity and reliable reproducibility,can serve as an important means for quality control of Honghua Xiaoyao tablets,significantly elevating the level of quality supervision of Bupleurum marginatum in this preparation.
