摘  要:采用氢氧化钠沉淀镍盐溶液的有色金属镍离子,取滤液进行分析测试,消解方式采用双温区消解仪对总磷、总氮同时消解,再采用紫外可见智能型多参数水质测定仪测试总磷、总氮。现行的国家标准《水质总磷的测定钼酸铵分光光度法》(GB/T 11893—1989)和《水质总氮的测定碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》(HJ 636—2012),测定总氮、总磷的消解方式是把溶液放在高压釜内升温消解,这种消解方法将耗费大量时间,是提升分析效率的一道瓶颈工序。本文采用双温区消解仪替代高压釜消解,该方法与标准方法相比,具有快速、安全、可靠等优点,而且测试步骤简单、分析速度快、精密度高,相对标准偏差为4.43%~6.09%,回收率为83.8%~107.6%。Precipitation of nickel salts solution of non-ferrous metal nickel ions with sodium hydroxide,take the filtrate for analysis and testing,the digestion method using dual-temperature zone digestion instrument for total phosphorus,total nitrogen simultaneous digestion,and then use the UV-Vis Intelligent Multi-Parameter Water Quality Detector to test total phosphorus,total nitrogen.The current national standard“Determination of total phosphorus in water quality by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry”(GB/T 11893—1989)and“Determination of total nitrogen in water quality by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with alkaline potassium persulfate dissolution”(HJ 636—2012),the dissolution method for the determination of total nitrogen and total phosphorus is to put the solution in an autoclave to raise the temperature to dissolve,and the dissolution method consumes a lot of time and is a bottleneck process to restrict the improvement of the analytical efficiency.This method consumes a lot of time and is a bottleneck to improve the analytical efficiency.In this paper,a dual-temperature zone digestion instrument was used to replace the autoclave digestion.Compared with the standard method,this method has the advantages of fast,safe and reliable,with simple testing steps,fast analyzing speed and high precision.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 4.43%~6.09%,and the recoveries were 83.8%~107.6%.
