摘 要:在新能源汽车高速发展的背后,锂盐生产企业迎来机遇,但含锂矿石品位较低,因此经焙烧、浸出过滤产生的浸出渣(即锂渣)成为当下企业的重大环保压力。目前作为原料进行水泥生产是锂渣资源回收利用的重要途径之一,锂渣中硫含量的高低是水泥生产重要控制指标,对锂渣综合利用有一定决定性作用,故快速准确测定锂渣中硫的含量具有非常重要的现实意义。本研究以定硫仪为手段,研究了库仑滴定法快速准确测定固体废物锂渣中全硫的含量。通过试验得到方法检出限为0.03%,精密度相对偏差小于5%,标准物质在不确定度范围内。此外,相对于发射光谱法测定锂渣全硫的含量,库仑滴定法操作更简便、效率高,更适用满足实际环境检测生产中锂渣中硫量测定的需求,可为锂盐生产企业或以锂渣为原料进行水泥、建材产品生产的企业质量提供重要检测手段。Behind the rapid development of new energy vehicles,lithium salt production enterprises are facing opportunities.However,the low grade of lithium ore and the leaching residue(i.e.lithium residue)produced by roasting,leaching and filtration have become major environmental pressures for enterprises at present.At present,using lithium slag as raw material for cement production is one of the important ways to recycle and utilize lithium slag resources.The sulfur content in lithium slag is an important control indicator for cement production and plays a decisive role in the comprehensive utilization of lithium slag.Therefore,rapid and accurate determination of the sulfur content in lithium slag is of great practical significance.This study used a sulfur analyzer to investigate the rapid and accurate determination of total sulfur content in solid waste lithium slag by Coulombic titration.The detection limit of the method obtained through experiments is 0.03%,the relative precision deviation is less than 5%,and the standard substance is within the uncertainty range.In addition,compared to the emission spectroscopy method for determining the total sulfur content of lithium slag,the Coulombic titration method is simpler and more efficient,and is more suitable for meeting the needs of sulfur content determination in lithium slag in actual environmental testing production.It can provide an important testing method for lithium salt production enterprises or cement and building material production enterprises that use lithium slag as raw material for quality inspection.
