摘 要:以2-((5,6-二甲基-1H-苯并[d]咪唑-1-基)甲基)喹啉为核心骨架,分别利用碘甲烷、溴化苄和1-氯甲基萘进行亲核取代合成氮杂环卡宾配体(Me-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6、(Ph-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6、(Na-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6,再将上述氮杂环卡宾配体与Cu粉、双(2-二苯基膦基苯基)醚(POP)进行络合,制备得3种三配位的氮杂环卡宾铜(I)配合物P1、P2和P3。利用紫外—可见分光光度计、荧光发射光谱仪、荧光寿命测试仪、量子产率测量仪系统地对配合物的发光性质进行研究。实验结果表明,配合物P1-P3在掺杂PMMA(10%,ω/ω)的膜片中发光峰值为553 nm、557 nm、565 nm,发黄色光;磷光寿命分别为85.8μs、93.2μs、102μs;荧光量子产率分别为20.3%、9.2%、19.7%。由此优选配合物P1、P3制备发光器件(LED),电致发光性能测试结果表明实验成功制备出黄光发射的LED器件。Using 2-((5,6-dimethyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)methyl)quinoline as the core skeleton,the azacyclic carbene ligands(Me-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6,(Ph-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6,(Na-DimeIm-Quinoline)PF6,and then the above azocarbene ligands were complexed with Cu powder and bis(2-diphenylphosphinophenyl)ether(POP)to prepare three three-coordinated azocarbene copper(I)complexes,P1,P2,and P3.The three complexes,P1,P2,and P3,were measured by a UV-visible spectrophotometer,fluorescence emission spectrometer,fluorescence lifetime tester The luminescence properties of the complexes were systematically investigated by UV-visible spectrophotometer,fluorescence emission spectrometer,fluorescence lifetime tester,and quantum yield meter.The experimental results showed that the peak luminescence of the complexes P1-P3 in PMMA(10%,ω/ω)doped film was 553 nm,557 nm,565 nm,with yellow light;the phosphorescence lifetimes were 85.8μs,93.2μs,and 102μs;and the fluorescence quantum yields were 20.3%,9.2%,and 19.7%,respectively,which led to the preferred preparation of complexes P1 and P3 as The results of electroluminescence performance test showed that the yellow light emitting LED devices were successfully prepared.
