有机物膜处理技术在汽车装车油气回收中的应用

摘  要:常规的汽车装车油气回收方法主要是使用烃类多温度冷凝吸附技术完成油气分离,易受混合气渗透吸收作用影响,导致油气去除率较低,因此,本文提出了一种基于有机膜处理技术的汽车装车油气回收方法。首先计算油气回收小呼吸损耗值和油气回收大呼吸蒸发损耗值,确定回收中心的回收装置规模,其次基于此设计汽车装车油气回收中心,最后根据菲克定律计算膜通量,确定气体在膜内的溶解状态,并计算此时的渗透系数,改造汽车装车油气回收装置,实现汽车装车油气回收。实验结果表明,应用有机物膜处理技术的汽车装车油气回收方法的油气去除率较高,具有一定的可靠性。The conventional method of oil and gas recovery method for automobile loading mainly uses hydrocarbon multi-temperature condensation adsorption technology to complete oil and gas separation,which is susceptible to the permeability absorption of mixture,resulting in low oil and gas removal rate.Therefore,this paper proposes an oil and gas recovery method based on organic membrane treatment technology.Calculate oil and gas recovery small respiratory loss value and oil and gas recovery large respiratory evaporation loss value,determine the recovery center scale,based on the design of car loading oil and gas recovery center,according to the fick’s law calculation membrane flux,determine the gas in the membrane,calculate the permeability coefficient,car loading oil and gas recovery device,realize car loading oil and gas recovery.The experimental results show that the oil and gas recovery method has high removal rate and has certain reliability.
