摘 要:磷酸铁锂电池作为新能源汽车动力电池的主流工艺,在生产过程中会排放大量高浓度氨氮、高固体悬浮物、高盐及腐蚀性强的废水,进而制约新能源汽车产业绿色低碳发展。当前业界的主流处理工艺有沉淀法、膜分离结晶法及组合工艺。本文从实验研究和工程应用角度,结合运行成本、电耗、药耗等参数分析发现沉淀法多应用于生产废水占比少的厂区综合废水处理,具有电耗少、沉淀剂使用量大的特点;膜分离结晶法多应用于生产废水处理,具有电耗大、浓缩药剂使用量大、出水水质标准高等特点。Lithium iron phosphate battery as the mainstream process of new energy vehicle power battery,whose production process would discharge a large number of high concentration ammonia nitrogen,high solid suspended matter,high salt,corrosive wastewater.It restricted the green and low-carbon development of new energy vehicle industry.At present,the mainstream treatment processes in the industry were mainly precipitation method,membrane separation crystallization method and combination process.Therefore from the perspective of experimental research and engineering application,combined with the analysis of operating cost,power consumption,drug consumption and other parameters,which showed that precipitation method was mainly applied to the comprehensive wastewater treatment in the factory with a small proportion of production waste water,which had the characteristics of less power consumption and large amount of precipitating agent;Membrane separation crystallization method was mainly used in the treatment of production wastewater,which had the characteristics of high power consumption,large amount of concentrated reagent and high effluent quality standard.
