两级A/O-MBR工艺处理高速公路服务区污水的应用研究

摘  要:以江西某高速公路服务区为例,由于高速公路服务区污水具有氨氮偏高,碳氮比低,水量、水质波动大的特点,因此采用传统工艺处理很难达标。基于此,采用初级过滤-两级A/O-MBR组合一体化设备对污水进行深度处理。运行结果表明:该工艺对高速公路服务区低碳氮比污水处理效果良好,出水COD、氨氮、TP、SS分别降低至35.8 mg/L、7.2 mg/L、0.42 mg/L和8.3 mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准,项目总建设费用约340万元,处理成本约1.32元/m^(3),自动化程度高,安装方式灵活,为服务区生活污水处理工程提供了设计经验与工程案例参考。Taking a expressway service area in Jiangxi Province as an example,due to the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen and low carbon to nitrogen ratio.In addition,the wastewater quantity and quality fluctuate greatly,Therefore difficult for traditional treatment process to meet the discharge standards.Based on this,adopt combined integrated device of primary filtration,two-stage A/O+MBR was used for deep sewage treatment.The results show that the process has good treatment effect on low carbon-nitrogen ratio sewage from highway service areas.The mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TP,and SS in the effluent were reduced to 35.8 mg/L,7.2 mg/L,0.42 mg/L,and 8.3 mg/L respectively.The effluent quality indexes met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The total construction cost was about 3.4 million yuan,the treatment cost was about 1.32 yuan/m^(3),and degree of automation was high,the installation method was flexible.The project provides design experience and engineering case reference of expressway service areas sewage treatment.
