摘  要:本文以氧化铝、堇青石、镁铝尖晶石作为主要原材料,选择Y2O_(3)、TiO_(2)、MnO_(2)以及ZnCO_(3)等添加剂作为烧结助剂,采用常压烧结方法在不同烧结温度(1500℃、1550℃、1600℃)下制备氧化铝-堇青石-镁铝尖晶石复相陶瓷。主要研究烧结温度与烧结助剂等条件对氧化铝基复相陶瓷的理化性能及其显微结构的影响。结果表明:在烧结温度为1550℃的条件下,配方4陶瓷样品的综合性能更好,其体积密度为3.68 g/cm^(3),气孔率为0.48%,抗折强度达到218.5 MPa。该陶瓷样品总体上显微结构更为致密,仅存在较小而稀疏的气孔,说明氧化铝基复相陶瓷有更高的致密度和更好的力学强度。Alumina-cordierite-magnesia-alumina spinel multiphase ceramics were prepared by ambient pressure sintering at different sintering temperatures(1500℃,1550℃,1600℃)using alumina,cordierite,and magnesia-alumina spinel as the main raw materials,and selecting Y2O_(3),TiO_(2),MnO_(2),and ZnCO_(3) as additives for sintering aids.The effects of sintering temperature and sintering additive on the physicochemical properties and microstructure of alumina-based multiphase ceramics were investigated.The results showed that the ceramic sample with formula 4 had better comprehensive properties at a sintering temperature of 1550℃,with a bulk density of 3.68g/cm^(3),a porosity of 0.48%,and a flexural strength of 218.5MPa.The ceramic sample has a more compact microstructure overall,with only small and sparse pores,description alumina-based composite ceramic higher density and better mechanical strength.
