摘　　要：针对目前纸尿裤饱和吸收量测试方法的不足,设计了一种纸尿裤动态饱和吸收量自动检测装置。该装置通过供液系统模拟实际液体吸收过程,利用基于人体模型的漏液反馈系统实时监测纸尿裤在实际使用中的漏液情况,并结合智能传感系统实现数据的实时采集、处理与无线传输。智能传感系统硬件部分使用STM32F103C8T6作为主控芯片,OLED作为数据显示屏,YF-S401采集尿量数据,经由WI-FI模块传输至云平台。手机App通过云平台接收并分析数据,实现了对纸尿裤动态饱和吸收量的准确评估。该自动检测装置具有测试准确、操作简便、效率高等优点,为纸尿裤企业提供了一种有效的质量控制手段。Addressing the limitations of current diaper saturation absorption testing methods,we have designed an automatic detection device for dynamic diaper saturation absorption capacity.This device simulates the actual liquid absorption process through a liquid supply system and monitors diaper leaks in real-time during practical use,leveraging a leak feedback system modeled on the human body.It also integrates an intelligent sensing system for real-time data collection,processing,and wireless transmission.The hardware component of the intelligent sensing system employs STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip,OLED as the data display screen,and the YF-S401 sensor to capture urine volume data.This data is then transmitted to the cloud platform via a Wi-Fi module,where a mobile phone app receives and analyzes it,accurately assessing dynamic diaper saturation absorption capacity.This automatic detection device offers accurate testing,simplicity of operation,and high efficiency,providing diaper manufacturers with an effective quality control tool.
