超声波粘合技术在无纺布墙纸装饰性能优化中的应用研究

摘  要:无纺布墙纸可修缮、装饰墙面以美化室内空间,可防霉、防火以广泛应用于装饰。而超声波粘合技术是环保且高效的无纺布墙纸连接与固定的最优方式,其不仅可通过超声波高频振动粘合材料,以完全无胶水地避免污染墙纸,而且可精准作用于墙纸表面,以避免破坏墙纸内部构造而保障墙纸装饰效果。基于超声波粘合技术制备了无纺布墙纸,并对其装饰性能与物理性能进行了测试分析。结果发现,相较于以粘合剂粘合的墙纸,以超声波粘合技术粘合的无纺布墙纸耐磨性能、抗拉性能、透气性能等物理性能更优,且印花性能、快干性能、吸声性能等装饰性能更佳。因此基于超声波粘合技术的无纺布墙纸可赋予室内装饰或清新雅致,或古典大方的不同效果,从而使室内空间环境呈现出别出心裁的美观性。Non woven wallpaper can repair and decorate walls to beautify indoor spaces,and is widely used for decoration due to its ability to prevent mold and fire.Ultrasonic bonding technology is the most environmentally friendly and efficient way to connect and fix non-woven wallpaper.It not only uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to bond materials without glue,but also accurately acts on the surface of the wallpaper to avoid damaging the internal structure of the wallpaper and ensure the decorative effect of the wallpaper.Therefore,non-woven wallpaper is prepared based on ultrasonic bonding technology,and its decorative and physical properties testes and analyzes.The results show that it is found that compared to wallpaper bonded with adhesive,non-woven wallpaper bonded with ultrasonic bonding technology has better physical properties such as wear resistance,tensile strength,and breathability,as well as better decorative properties such as printing performance,quick drying performance,and sound absorption performance,therefore,non-woven wallpaper based on ultrasonic bonding technology can give indoor decoration different effects such as freshness,elegance,or grandeur,thus creating a unique and beautiful indoor space environment.
