摘 要:将通过造纸污泥焚烧杀菌的无害化处理方式而生成的煅烧灰用于建筑材料制备,不仅能够实现造纸污泥的资源化利用,还能够有效减少生态环境污染,以顺应低碳环保政策。由此,基于资源化利用视角,以造纸污泥煅烧灰为原料部分取代水泥改性制备了水泥砂浆,并对其性能进行了测试分析。结果发现,随着煅烧温度升高,造纸污泥煅烧灰结构由致密逐渐疏松,水淬冷却方式处理的煅烧灰疏松且活性高,而且煅烧温度750℃时煅烧灰抗压强度最高,因此出于能耗考虑,优选煅烧温度750℃与水淬冷却方式;当造纸污泥煅烧灰用量为15g且水泥砂浆养护龄期为28d时,改性制水泥砂浆抗折抗压强度达到最高;随着造纸污泥煅烧灰用量增加,改性制水泥砂浆流动度下降,流动性不断降低。Using the harmless treatment method of incineration and sterilization of papermaking sludge to generate calcined ash for the preparation of building materials can not only achieve the resource utilization of papermaking sludge,but also effectively alleviate ecological pollution and comply with low-carbon environmental protection policies.Based on the perspective of resource utilization,cement mortar is prepared by partially replacing cement with calcined ash from papermaking sludge as raw material,and its performance is tested and analyzed.The results show that as the calcination temperature increases,the structure of the calcined ash from papermaking sludge gradually becomes loose,while the calcined ash treated by water quenching cooling method is loose and highly active,moreover,the compressive strength of the calcined ash is highest at a calcination temperature of 750℃,therefore,for energy consumption considerations,the calcination temperature of 750℃ and water quenching cooling method is preferred;when the amount of calcined ash from papermaking sludge is 15g and the curing age of cement mortar is 28 days,the modified cement mortar reaches the highest flexural and compressive strength;as the amount of calcined ash from papermaking sludge increases,the flowability of modified cement mortar decreases,and the flowability continues to decrease.
