摘  要:基于传统的湿强剂工艺,通过增加壳聚糖复合二氧化钛光降氯催化剂的制备设备和配备紫外装置湿强剂反应釜整体设计构建光机电一体化设备,成功合成环保湿强剂;添加安全防护装置,优化设备控制系统,改进设备维护保养体系,实现设备间的协同运行,降低安全事故发生风险;设计调整紫外光照射时间得到不同有机氯含量的环保湿强剂,有机氯由16800ppm下降至1140ppm,幅度可达93.2%。设备升级促进了产品更新换代,是推动造纸行业高质量发展的重要举措。Based on the traditional wet strength agent process,an environmentally friendly wet strength agent was successfully synthesized by adding a preparation equipment for chitosan composite titanium dioxide photocatalytic dechlorination catalyst and designing a UV device wet strength agent reaction kettle as a whole.Adding safety protection devices,optimizing equipment control systems and improving equipment maintenance systems could achieve collaborative operation between equipment and reduce the risk of safety accidents.At the same time,by designing and adjusting the UV irradiation time,environmentally friendly wet strength agents with different organic chlorine contents could be obtained.The organic chlorine content decreased from 16800ppm to 1140ppm with a range of up to 93.2%.Upgrading equipment to promote product updates was an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the paper industry.
