摘  要:制浆造纸趋向于高品质纸张生产的同时,进一步提高了对造纸机等造纸设备电气自动化系统的要求。稳定性与可靠性较高的电气自动化系统可对造纸设备生产运作时的纸幅张力、纸页实时线速度、纸辊电机转矩等参数进行实时修正和严谨控制,以充分保障纸页形态达到最佳。而且电气自动化系统控制是提高造纸设备自动化水平,改善纸张质量与品质,推动造纸设备数字化与智能化的重要途径。但是受温度、湿度、粉尘、振动等各式各样外界环境因素影响,造纸电气自动化设备将面临整体性能降低、稳定性下降、电气元件受损、金属元件腐蚀等各种问题。因此,为确保造纸生产正常有序进行,通过详细分析环境因素对造纸电气自动化设备的影响,针对性提出了切实可行且行之有效的控制策略。The trend of pulp and paper production towards high-quality paper has further increased the requirements for electrical automation systems of papermaking equipment such as paper machines.Stable and well functioning electrical automation system can real-time correct and control a series of parameters such as paper web tension,real-time linear speed of paper sheets,and torque of paper roller motors during production of papermaking equipment,to fully ensure the overall high-quality form of paper sheets.Moreover,electrical automation system control is an important way to improve the automation level of papermaking equipment,enhance the quality and quality of paper,and promote the digitization and intelligence of papermaking equipment.However,due to various external environmental factors such as temperature,humidity,dust,and vibration,papermaking electrical automation equipment will face various problems such as overall performance degradation,decreased stability,damage to electrical components,and corrosion of metal components.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal and orderly production of papermaking,this article proposes practical and effective control strategies by analyzing in detail the impact of environmental factors on the electrical automation system of papermaking equipment.
