摘 要:以碳纤维作为功能纤维,以间位芳纶为基体,通过造纸湿法成形工艺制备了具有导电和导热功能的纸基复合材料,研究了通用型PAN基碳纤维(F1)、石墨型PAN基碳纤维(F2)和中间相沥青基碳纤维(F3)对纸基复合材料电导率和导热系数的影响规律。研究结果表明,当碳纤维长度为6 mm,且以单位体积内碳纤维根数表示纸基复合材料中碳纤维含量时,添加F1、F2、F3三种碳纤维的纸基复合材料的电导率逾渗阈值接近,分别为0.9×10^(4)根·cm^(-3)、1.2×10^(4)根·cm^(-3)、1.1×10^(4)根·cm^(-3)。当F3型碳纤维含量为8×10^(4)根·cm^(-3)时,纸基复合材料的面内导热系数可达到1.06 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),而由于纸基复合材料厚度方向存在大量热界面,厚度方向导热系数随碳纤维种类和含量变化不明显,均为0.03~0.05 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)左右。Paper-based composites with electrical and thermal conductive properties were prepared by paper wet forming process using carbon fibers as functional fibers and meta-aramid as matrix.The effects of general-purpose PAN-based carbon fiber(F1),graphitized PAN-based carbon fiber(F2)and mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber(F3)on the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of paper-based composites were studied.The results show that when the length of carbon fibers is 6 mm and the content of carbon fibers in paper-based composites is expressed by the number of carbon fiber per unit volume,the electrical conductivity percolation threshold of paper-based composites with F1,F2 and F3 are close,which are 0.9×10^(4)·fibers·cm^(-3),1.2×10^(4)·fibers·cm^(-3) and 1.1×10^(4)·fibers·cm^(-3),respectively.When the content of F3 is 8×10^(4)·fibers·cm^(-3),the in-plane thermal conductivity of paperbased composites can reach 1.06 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).However,due to the existence of a large number of thermal interfaces in the through plane direction of the paper-based composites,the thermal conductivity in the through plane direction does not change significantly with the type and content of carbon fiber,ranging from 0.03 to 0.05 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).
