摘 要:在纸机干燥部多段通汽系统中,不同级别的蒸汽压力和温度之间存在相互作用和耦合。这意味着,调整一个参数可能会对其他级别的蒸汽产生影响,影响整个系统的稳定性和性能。而现有的参数整定方法可能无法准确地模拟和考虑这种耦合效应,从而导致控制性能下降,对此,研究纸机干燥部多段通汽系统PID参数整定方法。首先,分别从一段烘缸蒸汽流通与其他段烘缸内蒸汽流通两个角度,对多段通汽系统缸内蒸汽压力进行分析,得知通过对水汽分离器工作效率进行控制,可以达到一段烘缸的蒸汽压力调节目的;通过热泵系数与压缩参数的控制,可实现其他段烘缸内的蒸汽压力控制。然后,通过PID控制器对蒸汽压力调节参数的控制,达到对多段通汽系统的纸页烘干阶段的控制目的。最后,为优化PID控制效果,引入Mac PID整定法,达到纸机干燥部多段通汽系统的优化控制。实验表明,所提方法能够有效实现纸机干燥部的精准控制,对纸页加工质量的优化具有重要意义。In a multi-stage steam system,there is interaction and coupling between different levels of steam pressure and temperature.This means that adjusting one parameter may have an impact on other levels of steam,affecting the stability and performance of the entire system.However,existing parameter tuning methods may not be able to accurately simulate and consider this coupling effect,leading to a decrease in control performance.Therefore,a PID parameter tuning method for the multi-stage ventilation system of the paper machine drying section is studied.Firstly,from the perspectives of steam flow in one section of the drying cylinder and steam flow in other sections of the drying cylinder,the steam pressure inside the multi-stage steam system is analyzed.It is found that by controlling the efficiency of the water vapor separator,the steam pressure regulation of one section of the drying cylinder can be achieved;By controlling the heat pump coefficient and compression parameters,steam pressure control in other sections of the drying cylinder can be achieved.Then,by using a PID controller to control the steam pressure adjustment parameters,the control goal of the paper drying stage in the multi-stage steam system is achieved.Finally,to optimize the PID control effect,the Mac PID tuning method is introduced to achieve optimal control of the multi-stage steam system in the drying section of the machine.The experiment shows that the proposed method can effectively achieve precise control of the drying section of the paper machine,which is of great significance for optimizing the quality of paper processing.
