摘  要:造纸机水针位移控制对保证纸张质量和生产效率至关重要。水针位移控制的低死区特性,直接影响控制精度和效果。在分析造纸机水针位移控制重要性的基础上,阐述了水针位移与控制低死区的理论基础,构建了水针位移与控制低死区数值数学模型。通过模型假设与简化、变量与参数确定、方程建立与求解仿真,得到了描述水针位移与控制低死区关系的数学模型。在此基础上,探讨了该模型在水针位移控制策略优化、纸页质量预测控制、节能减排等方面的工程应用,并评估了模型应用效果。The water needle displacement control of paper machine is very important to ensure paper quality and production efficiency.The low dead zone characteristic of water needle displacement control directly affects the control accuracy and effect.Based on the analysis of the importance of water needle displacement control in paper machine,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of water needle displacement and low dead zone control,and constructs a numerical mathematical model of water needle displacement and low dead zone control.Through model hypothesis and simplification,variable and parameter determination,equation establishment and solution simulation,a mathematical model describing the relationship between the displacement of water needle and the control low dead zone is obtained.On this basis,the engineering applications of the model in such aspects as optimization of water needle displacement control strategy,predictive control of paper quality,energy saving and emission reduction are discussed,and the application effects of the model are evaluated.
