摘　　要：随着造纸工业快速发展,工业园区内的生产活动日益频繁,对应急管理提出更高的要求。为了有效应对可能发生的各类突发事件,建立高效的应急信息平台协同应急指挥体系显得尤为重要。基于此,研究造纸工业园区应急信息平台的构建及其在协同应急指挥中的应用,分析造纸工业园区可能面临的各类风险,包括火灾、化学泄漏、环境污染等,并探讨了这些风险对园区安全生产的影响。接下来,提出一种基于信息技术的应急信息平台设计方案,该平台集成了实时监控、数据分析、预警预报、资源调度等功能,能够为应急指挥提供全面的信息支持。研究结果表明,该体系能显著提高应急响应速度和处理效率,降低事故损失,对保障造纸工业园区的安全生产具有重要意义。With the rapid development of the paper industry,the production activities in the industrial park are becoming more and more frequent,which puts forward higher requirements for emergency management.In order to effectively respond to all kinds of emergencies that may occur,it is particularly important to establish an efficient emergency information platform and a coordinated e mergency command system.Based on this,this paper aims to study the construction of the emergency information platform of the paper industry park and its application in the collaborative emergency command,analyze the various risks that the paper industry park may face,including fire,chemical leakage,environmental pollution,etc.,and discuss the impact of these risks on the safety production of the park.Next,this paper proposes a design scheme of emergency information platform based on information technology,which integrates realtime monitoring,data analysis,early warning and forecasting,resource scheduling and other functions,which can provide comprehensive information support for emergency command.The results show that the system can significantly improve the emergency response speed and processing efficiency,reduce the accident loss,and is of great significance for ensuring the safe production of the paper industrial park.
