摘 要:就造纸业和印刷业而言,传统纸张数量测量以人工测量纸张堆砌厚度除以单张纸张厚度的方式计算,不但耗时耗力、精确度低,而且成本高,以此搭建快速且高效、无损且精准的智能化测量系统已是必然趋势。因此,以单片机和电容传感器为辅助,由硬件、算法、软件三个层面着手搭建了纸张数量智能测量系统,并进一步对系统效果进行了测试。结果表明,随着纸张数量增加,经过优化中值滤波算法处理的单片机纸张数量智能测量系统的测量准确率虽然整体有所下降,但均保持在98%~100%之间;而测量时间皆在200ms以内,响应速度非常快,系统实时性与稳定性均表现良好。For the paper and printing industries,traditional paper quantity measurement is calculated by manually measuring the thickness of the stacked paper divided by the thickness of each individual paper,which is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also has low accuracy and high cost.Therefore,building a fast,efficient,non-destructive,and accurate intelligent measurement system is an inevitable trend.Therefore,with the assistance of microcontrollers and capacitive sensors,an intelligent measurement system for paper quantity was built from three levels:hardware,algorithm,and software,and the system's effectiveness was further tested.The results show that as the number of papers increases,the measurement accuracy of the single-chip intelligent paper quantity measurement system processed by the filtering algorithm decreases overall,but remain between 98%~100%;the measurement time is all within 200ms,with a very fast response speed and good real-time and stability performance of the system.
