绿色经济背景下造纸业环境经济管控途径探究

摘　　要：在绿色经济的大潮中,企业的发展方向正逐渐转向可持续性的轨道。作为社会经济结构中不可或缺的一环,企业在追求自身增长的同时,亦需紧随时代脉搏,积极探索绿色低碳的创新路径,实现经济与生态双赢的局面。以造纸行业为例,探讨其在绿色发展中的现阶段表现,并强调了加强环境与经济双重管理的迫切性。造纸业在向绿色经济过渡的过程中面临着多方面的挑战,如企业的生态保护意识尚待提高,绿色发展的规章制度尚不健全,资金和技术支持存在缺口等。为应对这些挑战,提出了有效的管理策略,旨在推动造纸业的健康、全面及快捷发展,为发展绿色经济贡献力量。In the tide of the green economy,the development direction of enterprises is gradually shifting to the track of sustainability.As an indispensable part of the social and economic structure,enterprises should follow the pulse of The Times while pursuing their own growth,and actively explore green and low-carbon innovation paths to achieve a win-win situation for economy and ecology.Taking papermaking industry as an example,this paper discusses its current performance in green development,and emphasizes the urgency of strengthening the dual management of environment and economy.The paper industry is facing many challenges in the process of transition to a green economy,such as the ecological protection awareness of enterprises to be improved,the rules and regulations for green development are not perfect,and the gap of financial and technical support.In order to cope with these challenges,this paper puts forward effective management strategies to promote the healthy,comprehensive and rapid development of paper industry and contribute to the realization of green economy.
