摘　　要：论文旨在为鲜卑文化资源的有效保护与合理开发提供一些理论和实践建议,以期在文旅融合的背景下,更好地传承和发展这一宝贵的文化遗产。文章首先分析了国内外文旅融合的现状、发展趋势和其对文化资源的影响,随后对鲜卑文化进行了简要概述,探讨了鲜卑文化资源的历史和当代价值,重点对鲜卑文化资源的现状及其在保护和开发中存在的主要问题提出了综合性的对策建议,强调遵循原真性、可持续发展等基本原则,通过政府支持、创新开发模式和加强市场营销等手段,实现鲜卑文化资源的长期可持续利用。This thesis aims to provide theoretical and practical suggestions for the effective preservation and rational development of Xianbei cultural resources,with the goal of better inheriting and promoting this valuable cultural heritage within the context of cultural-tourism integration.It begins by analyzing the current status,development trends,and cultural resource implications of domestic and international cultural-tourism integration.Subsequently,the thesis offers a concise overview of Xianbei culture,exploring its historical and contemporary values.Focusing on the current status of Xianbei cultural resources and key challenges in preservation and development,it proposes comprehensive countermeasures emphasizing fundamental principles such as authenticity preservation and sustainable development.The recommendations highlight achieving long-term sustainable utilization through government support,innovative development models,and enhanced marketing strategies.
