摘　　要：“00后”大学生是高校学生的主力军,他们追求自我、个性突出,但独立能力、自主学习能力较差。高校应引导学生科学设定期望目标,构建学风建设新机制,激励大学生增强信心,提高学风建设成效。Post-2000 college students are the main force of college students,who are self-pursuit and with strong personalities,but have poor independent and self-directed learning abilities.Universities should guide students to scientifically set expected goals,establish new mechanisms for academic atmosphere construction,inspire college students to enhance their confidence,and improve the effectiveness of academic atmosphere construction.
