摘 要:为指导榆紫叶甲(Ambrostoma quadriimpressum)的林间抽样调查、预测预报、性信息素提取鉴定、两性通讯机制建立以及为综合治理提供理论基础,采用室内雌雄配对隔离饲养的方法,对榆紫叶甲成虫的静息、移动、取食、交尾和产卵5种行为节律进行观察。结果表明:1)在一天中,5种行为间的发生比例存在显著差异,由大到小为静息(71.41%)、交尾(15.63%)、移动(10.57%)、取食(1.94%)、产卵(0.45%)。雌雄成虫的行为均以静息行为比例最高,取食行为比例低于静息、交尾和移动。2)5种行为的高峰期不同,分别为静息11:00(85.80%)、移动20:00(20.00%)、取食16:00(4.60%)、交尾22:00(24.00%)、产卵4:00(2.40%)。3)不同时间段对榆紫叶甲成虫的各个行为均有影响。在白天和黑夜2种条件下,静息、移动和取食的发生率白天大于黑夜,交尾和产卵的发生率白天小于黑夜,交尾(U=0,P<0.001)和产卵(U=15.500,P<0.001)行为具有极显著差异;静息行为(U=30.000,P<0.05)具有显著差异;移动(U=54.500,P=0.324)和取食(U=50.000,P=0.211)行为无显著性差异。在一天6个时间段之间,静息(X^(2)=10.914,df=5,P=0.053)、移动(X^(2)=7.386,df=5,P<0.193)和取食(X^(2)=6.160,df=5,P=0.291)行为不存在显著差异,交尾行为(X^(2)=20.944,df=5,P<0.001)存在极显著差异,产卵行为(X^(2)=14.921,df=5,P=0.05)存在显著差异。4)性别对各个行为的日节律有一定影响,在白天,雌成虫4种行为发生比例由大到小为静息、移动、交尾、取食,雄成虫4种行为发生比例由大到小为静息、交尾、移动、取食。在黑夜,雌成虫和雄成虫4种行为发生比例由大到小均为静息、交尾、移动、取食,雌雄虫发生静息和交尾行为的高峰期相同。时间变化和性别差异对榆紫叶甲成虫行为节律均有影响。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the interforest sampling survey,prediction,sex pheromone extraction and identification,gender communication mechanism and comprehensive management of Ambrostoma quadriim pressum,the rhythm of five behaviors,including resting,moving,feeding,mating and oviposition of Ambrostoma quadriim pressum adults was observed by the method of indoor male and female paired isolation feeding.The results showed as the following four aspects.(1)There was a significant difference in the proportion of occurrence among the five behaviors in one day.The proportion of occurrence from large to small were resting(71.41%),mating(15.63%),moving(10.57%),feeding(1.94%),and oviposition(0.45%).In both male and female adults,the proportion of resting behavior was the highest,and the proportion of feeding behavior was lower than that of resting,mating and moving.(2)The peaks of the five behaviors were different:resting 11:00(85.80%),moving 20:00(20.00%),feeding 16:00(4.60%),mating 22:00(24.00%),oviposition 4:00(2.40%).(3)Different time periods had influence on the various behaviors of Ambrostoma quadriim pressum adults.Under both daytime and night conditions,the incidence of resting,moving and feeding during the day was higher than that during the night,and the incidence of mating and oviposition during the day was lower than that during the night.There were significant differences between mating(U=0,P<0.001)and oviposition(U=15.500,P<0.001).There was significant difference in resting behavior(U=30.000,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between moving(U=54.500,P=0.324)and feeding(U=50.000,P=0.211).There was no significant difference in the behaviors of resting(X^(2)=10.914,df=5,P=0.053),moving(X^(2)=7.386,df=5,P=0.193)and feeding(X^(2)=6.160,df=5,P=0.291)among the six time periods in a day,while there were significant differences in mating behavior(X^(2)=20.944,df=5,P<0.001)and oviposition behavior(X^(2)=14.921,df=5,P<0.05).(4)Sex had a certain effect on the daily rhythm of each behavior.Durin
