模拟酸雨对4种苗木细胞膜透性及抗氧化酶系统的影响

摘  要:酸雨是全球三大环境危害之一。中国酸雨区是世界三大酸雨区之一东亚酸雨区的一部分,而广西则是酸雨危害较为严重的地区之一。酸雨对森林的影响在很大程度上是通过对土壤的物理化学性质的恶化作用造成的,可影响树木正常代谢过程。通过设置4个水平(pH 3.0、pH 4.0、pH 5.0、pH 5.6)、1个对照(pH 6.0)共5种模拟酸雨的处理方式,测定巨尾桉9号、格木、降香黄檀、土沉香4树种苗木细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MAD)质量摩尔浓度,来模拟研究酸雨对4树种细胞膜透性及生化特性的影响。结果表明:1)4树种的细胞膜透性及MDA质量摩尔浓度随着酸雨pH的降低总体呈上升趋势,其中格木细胞膜透性与MDA质量摩尔浓度呈显著正相关;2)不同酸度酸雨处理下,4树种叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等4种抗氧化酶活性的变化规律有所不同;3)不同pH的酸雨模拟处理对4树种叶片内SOD、POD、APX、CAT 4种抗氧化酶活性均有影响。模拟酸雨对苗木细胞膜透性及抗氧化酶系统的影响存在种间差异。Acid rain is one of the three major environmental hazards in the world.China’s acid rain area is part of the East Asian acid rain area,one of the world’s three major acid rain areas,and Guangxi is one of the areas where acid rain is more harmful.The influence of acid rain on forest is largely caused by the deterioration of physical and chemical properties of the soil,which can affect the normal metabolic process of trees.By setting four levels(pH 3.0,pH 4.0,pH 5.0,pH 5.6)and one comparison(pH 6.0),a total of five kinds of simulated acid rain treatment methods were set up to determine the cell membrane permeability,antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde(MAD)content of the four tree species seedlings of E.grandis×E.urophylla No.9,Erythrophleum fordii,Dalbergia odorifera,and Aquilaria sinensis.The effects of acid rain on cell membrane permeability and biochemical characteristics of the four tree species were simulated and studied.The results showed as the following three aspects.(1)The cell membrane permeability and MDA content of four tree species showed an overall upward trend with the decrease of pH value of acid rain,and the cell membrane permeability of Erythrophleum fordii was positively correlated with MDA content.(2)Under the treatment of acid rain with different acidity,the changes of the activities of the four antioxidant enzymes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),ascorbate peroxidase(APX)and catalase(CAT)in the leaves of the four tree species were different.(3)The simulated acid rain treatment with different pH values affected the activities of SOD,POD,APX and CAT in the leaves of the four kinds of tree leaves.There were interspecific differences in cell membrane permeability and antioxidant enzyme system of seedlings under simulated acid rain.
