摘  要:为提高园林绿化栽植土速效钾检测准确性和精度,基于手擀研磨、粉碎机研磨2种研磨方法和6种过筛孔径,设计7个处理,研究不同研磨方法对园林绿化栽植土速效钾测定结果的影响。结果表明:人工研磨过筛孔径对园林绿化栽植土速效钾样品处理效率及测量值的准确性和精度有显著影响,手擀研磨时间随着过筛孔径的降低而大幅增加;土壤样品回收率随着手擀研磨过筛孔径变小而降低;随着手擀研磨过筛孔径变小,土壤速效钾均值、标准差和变异系数均呈现降低的趋势。与手擀研磨处理相比,虽然粉碎机研磨处理样品回收率低于手擀研磨处理,但土壤研磨操作时间最短,速效钾均值最接近对照(CK)处理,标准差和变异系数均优于手擀研磨处理。建议将粉碎机研磨作为园林绿化栽植土速效钾测定的研磨方法。In order to improve the detection accuracy and precision of available potassium in landscaping planting soil,a total of seven treatments were designed based on two grinding methods of hand-rolling and grinder grinding,and six sieving apertures,to study the effects of different grinding methods on the determination of available potassium in landscaping planting soil.The results showed that the aperture of artificial grinding sieve had a significant effect on the treatment efficiency and the accuracy and precision of the measured values of available potassium samples in landscaping planting soil.The time of hand-rolling grinding increased significantly with the decrease of sieve aperture.The recovery rate of soil samples decreased as the hand-rolling grinding sieve aperture became smaller.As the hand-rolling grinding sieve aperture became smaller,the mean value,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of soil available potassium showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the hand-rolling grinding treatment,although the sample recovery rate of the grinder grinding treatment was lower than that of the hand-rolling grinding treatment,the soil grinding operation time was the shortest,the mean value of available potassium was the closest to the control(CK)treatment,and the standard deviation and coefficient of variation were better than the hand-rolling grinding treatment.It is recommended that the grinder grinding should be used as the grinding method for the determination of available potassium in landscaping planting soil.
