杉木幼苗对低温胁迫的生理响应及其抗逆性研究

摘  要:为探究低温胁迫对杉木幼苗生长及抗逆性的影响,测定杉木幼苗各部位的生长量、叶绿素含量、酶活性和抗逆性物质含量的变化情况。结果表明:低温胁迫可显著影响杉木幼苗的生长,表现为抑制幼苗叶和茎的生长,影响叶片形状,降低苗木质量指数;杉木叶片中叶绿素、可溶性多糖质量浓度和蛋白的质量分数也显著降低。低温胁迫可导致脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的质量摩尔浓度增加,而杉木幼苗通过产生较多的抗逆性物质脯氨酸来应对低温的胁迫。低温胁迫还可诱导杉木中抗氧化酶的产生,使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性显著增强。在低温胁迫下,杉木通过自身调节来响应环境的变化。In order to explore the effects of low temperature stress on the growth and stress resistance of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings,the changes of growth,chlorophyll content,enzyme activity and stress resistance substance content in different parts of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings were measured.The results showed that low temperature stress could significantly affect the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings,which was manifested by inhibiting the growth of leaves and stemsof seedlings,affecting the shape of leaves and reducing the quality index of seedlings.The contents of chlorophyll,mass concentration of soluble polysaccharide and protein in Cunninghamia lanceolata leaves also decreased significantly.Low temperature stress could lead to the increase of lipid peroxidation product MDA content,while Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings responded to low temperature stress by producing more stress-resistant substance proline.Low temperature stress could also induce the production of antioxidant enzyme in Cunninghamia lanceolata,and significantly enhance the activities of SOD,CAT and POD.Under low temperature stress,Cunninghamia lanceolata responded to environmental changes through self-regulation.
