摘 要:表面上的非均匀润湿行为无处不在,为了研究条纹状化学异质表面上的润湿特性,利用涂层技术及机械加工方法制得相对疏水性不同的7种毫米级条纹状可溶性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)-Cu表面。搭建三维可视化实验台,以速度为0的状态放置液滴,探究液滴体积和放置位置的影响。结果表明,随液滴体积增大,液滴经历均匀—非均匀—均匀润湿的过程。其中,亲水区宽度起决定作用:液滴直径与亲水区的宽度之比小于8时,呈各向异性润湿;大于8时,呈各向同性润湿,基本符合Cassie模型。研究结果丰富了条纹状表面的润湿数据,为相关领域内功能表面的设计提供依据。Heterogeneous wetting behavior ubiquitous exist on surfaces.In order to investigate the wetting characteristics,seven millimeter-scale striped polytetrafluoroethylene(PFA)-Cu surfaces with different relative hydrophobicity were prepared by coating technology and mechanical processing method.Three-dimensional visualization experimental platform was established by depositing droplets at zero velocity.Effects of droplet volume and deposition position were investigated.The results indicate that with the increasing droplet volume,the droplet undergoes a uniform-nonuniform-uniform wetting process.The width of the hydrophilic region plays a decisive role.When the ratio of droplet diameter to the width of the hydrophilic region is less than 8,anisotropic wetting is observed.However,isotropic wetting occurs with the ratio greater than 8,which is in good agreement with the Cassie model.This research enriches the wetting data on striped surfaces and provide a basis for functional surface design in related fields.
