企业数字化转型对新质生产力的影响研究——基于创新效率与专业化分工的中介作用

摘　　要：新质生产力作为促进企业高质量发展的关键动力与支撑,其驱动因素的研究对企业发展具有至关重要的意义。文章选取2015—2023年中国A股上市公司为样本,对企业数字化转型与新质生产力之间的关系展开实证研究。结果显示,企业数字化转型有助于新质生产力发展,这一结论经过内生性、稳定性检验后依旧成立。中介效应分析表明,企业数字化转型能够提升企业创新效率和专业化分工水平,从而进一步推动新质生产力的发展。异质性分析揭示,与国有、中西部地区以及处于成长期和衰退期的企业相比,非国有、东部地区以及处于成熟期企业的数字化转型对新质生产力发展的正面推动作用更为突出。本文研究结论为企业数字化转型和新质生产力发展提供了理论支持,并丰富了相关实证研究,以供参考。New quality productivity serves as a key driving force and support for promoting high-quality enterprise development,making the study of its driving factors essential for corporate advancement.This study analyzes empirical data from Chinese A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2023 as samples to investigate the relationship between enterprise digital transformation and new quality productivity.The results show that enterprise digital transformation is conducive to the development of new quality productivity,a conclusion that remains robust after endogeneity and stability tests.Mediation analysis reveals that enterprise digital transformation enhances the innovation efficiency and professional division of labor level of enterprises,thereby further facilitating the development of new quality productivity.Additionally,heterogeneity analysis reveals that the positive impact of digital transformation on new quality productivity is more pronounced in non-state-owned,enterprises in eastern regions,and firms at a mature stage of development,compared to state-owned enterprises,those in central and western regions,and those in growth or decline phases.The research conclusions provide theoretical support for enterprise digital transformation and the development of new quality productivity while also enriching the relevant empirical research.
