边境口岸与载体城镇耦合协调发展研究——以云南磨憨陆路(公路)口岸为例

摘　　要：口岸经济带动沿边地区经济发展是实现协调发展的方式之一,厘清口岸与载体城镇之间协调发展关系,对助力云南口岸经济高质量发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从县域微观层面出发,运用熵权赋值法和耦合协调度模型对2012-2021年磨憨陆路(公路)口岸与载体城镇勐腊县之间的耦合协调水平进行度量。结果表明:两者之间的耦合协调度总体呈现上升趋势,但仍处于失调状态,需进一步统筹规划以实现口岸地区经济的高质量发展。The economic development of border areas,propelled by the port economy,represents a key strategy for achieving coordinated development.Understanding the coordinating relationship between ports and port towns has important theoretical and urgent practical significance for boosting the high-quality development of Yunnan’s port economy.This study adopts a micro-level perspective at the county level and employs the entropy Entropy weight method and the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coupling coordination level between the Mohan Land Port(Highway)and the port town Mengla County from 2012 to 2021.The results show that the coupling coordination between the two shows an upward trend.However,they remain in a state of dissonance.Thus,integrated planning is essential to achieve high-quality development of the port area’s economy.
