低空经济发展赋能传统民航运输业的机遇、挑战及改进路径研究

摘　　要：低空经济横跨多个行业与领域,以其丰富的创新潜力、延展的产业链条长和强大的带动效应,在激发新兴产业创新活力、促进区域经济均衡与协调发展方面发挥着重要作用。低空经济对传统民航运输的赋能表现在激发创新发展活力、提高服务质量、助力区域经济发展、培育新动力等方面,但同时也面临着关键核心技术较为薄弱、基础设施建设滞后、法律法规尚需完善、专业人才与资金缺乏等方面的挑战。据此,本文提出深化产业融合力度、加大基础设施建设投入力度、优化顶层设计、强化人才培养体系的实践路径,以期更好地发挥低空经济对传统民航运输业的赋能作用。The low-altitude economy spans multiple industries and sectors,and with its rich innovation potential,extended industrial chain,and strong driving effect,it plays a significant role in stimulating the innovation vitality of emerging industries and promoting the balanced and coordinated development of regional economies.The empowerment of low-altitude economy to traditional civil aviation transportation is reflected in stimulating innovation and development vitality,improving service quality,helping regional economic development,and cultivating new impetus.However,it also faces challenges such as weak key core technologies,lagging infrastructure construction,imperfect laws and regulations,and lack of professionals and funds.Based on this,it is proposed to deepen industrial integration,increase investment in infrastructure construction,optimize top-level design,and strengthen the practical path of talent training system,in order to fulfill its role in empowering the traditional civil aviation transportation industry.
