摘　　要：数字生态文明是由绿色化和数字化相结合而形成的。建设绿色智慧的数字生态文明,必将极大地推动新时代中国生态文明建设绩效的增强、模式的更新和形态的提升,使其朝着更加精细化、智能化、高效化的方向发展,但同时也面临一系列难以预料的新挑战和潜在风险,特别是在其民主化、法治化、人文化进程中关涉人文理性的内容。在机遇和挑战并存、利益和弊端交织的态势下,把握好数字生态文明建设中科技理性与人文理性的辩证关系显得尤为重要。科技理性与人文理性有着各自特定的内涵规定性和功能定位,二者并不是天然联姻的关系,而是有着明显的区别。促进科技理性与人文理性在数字生态文明建设中相互依存、融合共进,是实现数字生态文明高质量发展的重大课题。在数字生态文明建设中把握好科技理性与人文理性的辩证关系,防止二者出现分离的倾向,对于牢固树立数字生态文明建设的正确理念,深化人工智能等数字技术的广泛应用,推进美丽中国数字化治理体系不断完善,赋能人与自然和谐共生的现代化,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。Digital ecological civilization,formed through the integration of greening and digitization,has greatly enhanced the performance,updated the modes,and improved the forms of China's ecological civilization in the new era,making it develop toward greater refinement,intelligence and efficiency.However,digital ecological civilization has also brought a series of unpredictable new challenges and potential risks,especially in terms of democratization,legalization,and humanization of the humanistic rationality in ecological civilization construction.Against the backdrop of co-existing opportunities and challenges,as well as intertwined benefits and drawbacks,it is particularly important to grasp the dialectical relationship between scientific and technological rationality and humanistic rationality in the construction of digital ecological civilization.Scientific rationality and humanistic rationality have their own specific connotations and functions.They are not naturally unified,but have obvious differences.Promoting the interdependence and integration of scientific and technological rationality and humanistic rationality in the construction of digital ecological civilization is a major issue in realizing the high-quality development of digital ecological civilization.In the construction of digital ecological civilization,grasping the dialectical relationship between scientific and technological rationality and humanistic rationality to prevent their separation is of great theoretical and practical significance.It is essential for firmly establishing the correct concept of the construction of digital ecological civilization,deepening the wide application of artificial intelligence and other digital technologies,advancing the continuous improvement of the digital governance system of a beautiful China,and empowering modernization of the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature.
