摘　　要：习近平总书记站在人与自然和谐共生的战略高度,深刻把握世界科技革命和产业变革发展趋势,提出了“新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力”的科学论断。新质生产力遵循自然界和人类社会的发展规律,是致力于实现人与自然和谐共生、兼具保护性和可持续性的绿色生产力,实现了合规律性与合目的性相统一。新质生产力推进生产方式、生活方式和生态治理的绿色化发展,与绿色生产力在理论基础和目标使命等方面具有内在一致性,有利于破解绿色发展难题,推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型,实现了使命引领与问题导向相结合。新质生产力培育过程中先立后破与因地制宜的方法论,蕴含着时序协调与时空权衡相融贯的辩证唯物主义智慧,为推动新质生产力向资源节约型、环境友好型的绿色生产力发展提供了科学指引。Standing at the strategic height of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,General Secretary Xi Jinping has a profound understanding of the development trend of the world's scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.He proposes the scientific assertion that“new quality productive forces are inherently green productivity”.New quality productive forces follow the development law of nature and human society,representing a protective and sustainable form of green productive forces committed to the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,thereby realizing the unity of law and purpose.Under the guidance of the concept of green development,new quality productive forces promote the greening of production modes,lifestyles and ecological governance,sharing intrinsic consistency with the goals and missions of green productive forces.These new forces are conducive to solving green problems at home and abroad,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,propelling the high-level development of ecology-oriented productive forces,and realizing the combination of mission guidance and problem orientation.In cultivating new quality productive forces,the methodology of“establishing before dismantling”and“adapting to local conditions”contains the wisdom of dialectical materialism,which integrates time-order coordination and spatio-temporal balance,and provides scientific guidance for turning new quality productive forces into resource-saving and environment-friendly green productive forces.
