摘 要:模块化多电平变流器(MMC)每个子模块接一个电容电压传感器使得输电系统成本大且通讯系统复杂。现存基于最近电平逼近调制(NLM)和电压观测器少电容电压传感技术虽然能够减少MMC子模块电容电压传感器的使用数量,但是由于电容电压观测器容易受参数影响,从而影响系统的稳定性。为了解决桥臂电感参数失配下MMC少电容电压传感器系统采用传统控制方法时系统存在的稳定性差的问题,提出以桥臂环流和输出电流为控制对象的MMC少电容电压传感器系统无差拍控制策略,并且在单相9电平MMC少传感器实验平台对所提出的控制策略进行验证。实验结果表明,在桥臂电感参数失配情况下,所提出的控制方法能够使子模块电容电压和输出电流在动态和稳态情况下都能够稳定,从而提高MMC少电容电压传感器系统运行的鲁棒性。Each submodule of the modular multilevel converter(MMC)is connected to a capacitive voltage sensor,which makes the power transmission system costly and also brings about communication complications and other problems.Although the existing low-capacitance voltage sensing technology based on nearest level modulation(NLM)and voltage observer can reduce the number of capacitance voltage sensors used in MMC submodules,the capacitance voltage observer is easily affected by parameters,thus affecting the stability of the system.In order to solve the problem of poor operating stability of MMC with reduced voltage sensors under bridge arm inductance mismatch,a deadbeat control strategy for MMC reduced voltage sensors with bridge arm circulating current and output current as the control objects was proposed.The proposed method was verified on a single-phase 9-level MMC with reduced voltage sensors experimental platform.Experimental results show that in the case of bridge arm inductance parameter mismatch,the proposed method can stabilize the submodule capacitance voltage and output current under both dynamic and steady-state conditions,thereby improving the robustness of the operation of MMC with reduced voltage sensors.
