摘  要:为了解决并网设备因直流侧电压波动向公共耦合点输出间谐波分量,可能引发光伏发电系统发生次同步振荡(SSO)的问题。首先,通过小信号扰动模型分析光伏发电系统间谐波的产生机理,阐明间谐波引发光伏发电系统发生次同步振荡的原因;其次,探讨当次同步振荡频率发生变化时,频率改变对谐振抑制策略的影响,对于间谐波引发的光伏发电系统次同步振荡频率可能发生变化的问题,设计一种基于归一化奇异值定理(NSVT)-Prony算法的次同步振荡频率观测器,频率观测器能够跟踪次同步振荡频率,并据此提出一种自适应的次同步振荡抑制策略,用于抑制光伏发电系统的次同步振荡。最后,通过搭建实验平台,验证本文所提自适应的次同步振荡抑制策略的有效性。To address the issue that the inter-harmonic components output by grid-connected devices to the point of common coupling due to the voltage fluctuations on the DC side may cause sub-synchronous oscillations(SSO)in photovoltaic power generation system,the generation mechanism of inter-harmonics in photovoltaic power generation system was analyzed by small signal disturbance model,and the reason of SSO caused by inter-harmonics was explained.Secondly,the influence of the change of SSO frequency on the resonance suppression strategy was discussed.For the problem that the SSO frequency of photovoltaic power generation system caused by inter-harmonics may change,a SSO frequency observer based on normalized singular value theorem(NSVT)-Prony algorithm was designed,which can track the SSO frequency.Therefore,an adaptive SSO suppression strategy was proposed to suppress the SSO of photovoltaic power generation system.Finally,an experimental platform was set up to verify effectiveness of the proposed adaptive SSO suppression strategy.
