摘 要:目的建立HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定黄芪桂枝五物汤中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、氧化芍药苷、儿茶素、表儿茶素、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、芦丁、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、丁香醛、阿魏酸、香豆素、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮、肉桂醇、肉桂酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、桂皮醛、黄芪甲苷、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ、6-姜酚的含量。方法分析采用Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm);流动相0.015%甲酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.4 mL/min;柱温30℃;电喷雾离子源;正负离子扫描;多反应监测模式。结果21种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9905),平均加样回收率93.99%~108.52%,RSD 1.04%~5.97%。结论该方法简便可行,稳定可靠,可用于黄芪桂枝五物汤的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,oxypaeoniflorin,catechin,epicatechin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,rutin,calycosin-7-glucoside,syringaldehyde,ferulic acid,coumarin,ononin,calycosin,cinnamic alcohol,cinnamic acid,benzoylpaeoniflorin,cinnamaldehyde,astragaloside,astragalosideⅢ,6-gingerol in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Thermo Scientific Hypersil GOLD column(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.015%formic acid-acetonitrile flowing at 0.4 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and electrospray ionization source was adopted in positive and negative ion modes with multiple reaction monitoring.RESULTS Twenty-one constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9905),whose average recoveries were 93.99%-108.52%with the RSDs of 1.04%-5.97%.CONCLUSION This simple,feasible,stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.
