摘 要:奶牛养殖是奶业全产业链关键环节,保障奶牛养殖收益是发展奶业前提和基础,也是奶业可持续发展保障。本文根据不同阶段奶牛存栏量数据变化以及近年取得的先进养殖、乳制品加工技术,盘点我国奶牛养殖行业现状,聚焦智能化养殖、种养结合、生态循环养殖等奶牛高效养殖科技创新典型案例,梳理存在问题,提出提高奶牛生产性能、推进智慧牧场建设、加强疫病防控、推广节本增效技术、发展适度规模养殖等高效养殖的对策建议。Dairy cattle breeding is a key link in the entire dairy industry chain.Guaranteeing the income of dairy cattle breeding is the premise and foundation for the development of the dairy industry,and it is also the guarantee for the sustainable development of the dairy industry.Based on the changes in the number of dairy cattle in different stages and the advanced breeding and dairy product processing technologies achieved in recent years,this paper summarizes the current situation of China's dairy cattle breeding industry,focuses on the intelligent breeding,integrated farming and ecological circulation breeding and other scientific and technological innovation cases of high-efficiency dairy cattle breeding,sorts out the existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the production performance of dairy cattle,promoting the construction of smart farms,strengthening epidemic prevention and control,promoting cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing technologies,and developing moderate-scale breeding.
