摘　　要：目的:探讨现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式对手外伤皮瓣移植术后患者应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2020年1月至2023年8月接受皮瓣移植术治疗的92例手外伤患者为研究对象,按患者入院单尾号划分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规模式干预,研究组在对照组的基础上采用SBAR沟通模式干预,比较两组术后应对方式、创伤后应激障碍及生活质量。结果:干预1个月后,两组患者SCSQ问卷中积极应对评分均升高,消极应对评分均降低,且研究组改善更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者PCL-C评分均降低,且研究组降低更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者GQOLI-74问卷中心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态评分均升高,且研究组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:手外伤皮瓣移植术后患者采用SBAR沟通模式可调节应对方式,降低创伤后应激障碍程度,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the impact of the situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication mode on coping styles and quality of life in patients after hand trauma flap transplantation.Methods:92 patients with hand trauma undergoing skin flap transplantation in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to their admission numbers with 46 cases in each group.The control group received intervention by conventional mode,while the research group received intervention by SBAR communication mode on the basis of the control group.The postoperative coping styles,post-traumatic stress disorder,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After one month of intervention,both groups of patients showed an increase in positive coping scores and a decrease in negative coping scores in the SCSQ questionnaire,and the improvement was more significant in the research group(P<0.05).Both groups of patients showed a decrease in PCL-C scores,and the decrease was more significant in the research group(P<0.05).In the GQOLI-74 questionnaire,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function,and material life status increased in both groups of patients,and the increase was more significant in the reasearch group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SBAR communication mode can regulate coping styles,reduce the degree of post-traumatic stress disorder,and improve the quality of life for patients after hand trauma flap transplantation.
